Maryville Arts Coalition - Last Friday Art WalkTribute to Music August 2010 B. Dandy Lions -Gail Karnoupakis, Watercolor D. Pres. Plaza - Smoky Mountain Blues Society-“Brackins Blues Jam Host Band” & music related art provided by Fine Arts Blount members G. Studio 212 – Pottery demonstration by Leanne Moe, photos and paintings by Brandon and Liz Shinn. Along with The Muskrat Dumplins an Americana three piece band with Javin Schiferl on stand-up bass, Stan Sharp on guitar, and Mike McQueen on banjo, guitar and harmonica. I. Little Nifties- Stop by and enjoy the talents of Lindsey Kardatzke performing original music with voice and guitar. J. Boyd Thomas Clothing – Performances by The Backseat Delilahs and the Can't Hardly Playboys L. Tomato Head – Acrylic paintings by Jarrod Justice M. Capitol Theater – Spank (Eighties Tribute Band)Its EIGHTIES NIGHT at the Capitol! And we are bringing you the gnarly and rad eighties live tribute band, SPANK. Come out and rock to the most awesome in 80s music. This dance event will feature classic 80s dance videos before the show and during intermission. Videos on the movie screen start at 7:00PM, the band will start at 8:00PM. Tickets are $12 if purchased online or $15 at the door. For table reservations we recommend reserving early as tables are limited. Students and KSDA are $10.Must show student I.D. at door. This show is BYOB, beer and wine only. $5 per wine bottle or six pack. A Movie Menu featuring drinks and desserts from our coffee shop, and an appetizer menu from Sullivan’s Restaurant is available during the show. This is a dance event! Clear's Silat – Steve Kerr sculpture featuring Werewolves, Dinosaurs, Aliens & more along with music by Joshua Pritchard, guitarist and songwriter from The Humbucks S. Davis Penthouse Loft – featuring photographs by Rachele Angelo and music (dj) by Luke Angelo T. Village Tinker – Basket making demonstration and music from Robinella and her band. U. Foundry Park - Pistol Creek Catch of the Day will be performing V. Van Meter School of Dance Artists from the Application Ballet Company will be working on the upcoming production of Blue jeans and Ballet Meets Broadway. The Ballet Guild will also be holding a used book sale. Z. Plaza Gardens - John Dupree “Gripte Fritter” Acoustic Folk Guitarist
